Recommended use or purpose: Training supplement. Athletic supplement. Promotes (temporary) endurance, helps reduce fatigue and improve physical performance. L-Arginine is a non-essential amino acid involved in muscle protein synthesis. Helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and lipids. Helps prevent niacin deficiency.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. If you suffer from cardiovascular disease, consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
Recommended dosage: Adults. Take one scoop daily. Mix well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before use. Take up to one hour before or during periods of physical stress.
