Suggested use :
For a woman or a man of 55kg to 75kg (120lbs to 165lbs) take 1 scoop before and after physical activity (can be consumed during the activity). To facilitate recovery during sleep, take one scoop before bedtime.
Make sure to drink enough fluids before, during and after exercise. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, or if you are following a low protein diet.
